This is a progressive career path opportunity with opportunities to grow into a store leadership role. Our retail store locations are the first to help our customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, your role will include inventory management, daily cash deposits, and operations of our retail environment. **Assistant Store Manager Main Responsibilities**: 1. Open and close retail branch location 2. Advice and serve the needs of customers, including assess needs, propose solutions, dye and match paint products 3. Work in a retail store environment with store responsibilities such as ensure store is clean and well-stocked, 4. Lift, move and store products from the store according to safety instructions 5. Lead employees when manager is not available **Assistant Store Manager Qualifications**: 6. 1 year of customer service experience 7. Able to work flexible hours with varied schedules, including evenings and weekends. 8. We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly 9.
