**PRO SHOP ATTENDANT**

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Accepting tee time reservations (online/telephone)/managing tee sheet scheduling
- Perform daily cash handling activities including balancing/opening/closing Point of Sale (POS) systems in accordance with clubhouse procedures
- Responsible for opening/closing and security of the golf course facility
- Ensure the pro shop inside and outside is clean and organized at all times
- Daily processing and serving of food/non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage orders
- Responsible for daily kitchen preparation of sandwiches, BBQ items and tournament food orders based on customer requirements
- Perform daily indoor and outdoor cleaning activities, stocking and inventory management
- Promotes teamwork by assisting fellow peers/colleagues where needed
- Responsible for driving, cleaning and parking golf power carts in an orderly fashion
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager/Supervisor to assist in the daily functionality of the clubhouse

**Qualifications**:

- Only applicants who can work through to November will be considered
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills; Ability to focus attention on guest needs in a fast-paced environment while always remaining calm and courteous;
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable and flexible; able to work a variety of shifts (early morning, afternoon, evenings) including weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve certification is required
- A drivers license or ability to commute where no public transit is available is required

**Schedule**:

- Part-time seasonal from mid August - mid November
- 7 days a week
- Weekends and holidays as needed
