Canada U-Tutoring Learning Institute is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to making high-quality learning accessible to all students. We provide academic tutoring, enrichment programs, and personalized learning support for students from kindergarten to high school.

As part of our growth, we are launching a **BCBA-supervised behaviour intervention program** to support students with diverse learning and behavioural needs in a structured, ethical, and family-centered manner.

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** to serve as the **Program Lead and Clinical Supervisor** for our new behaviour intervention initiative. This role focuses on **program design, clinical oversight, supervision, and parent collaboration**, while implementation is supported by trained Behaviour Assistants and educators.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Clinical & Program Leadership**
- Design and oversee individualized behaviour intervention plans under BCBA scope of practice
- Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behaviour assessments) as appropriate
- Ensure all services follow **BACB ethical standards** and best practices
- Establish program structure, documentation standards, and progress-monitoring systems

**Supervision & Training**
- Provide direct supervision to Behaviour Analyst Assistants / support staff
- Guide tutors and educators on behaviour strategies and generalization in learning settings
- Review session notes, data collection, and progress reports

**Family & Team Collaboration**
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding goals, progress, and recommendations
- Collaborate with educators, speech assistants, and learning support staff
- Participate in case discussions and program planning meetings

**Program Development**
- Support the development of pilot services and scalable intervention models
- Advise on appropriate service descriptions and parent-facing communication
- Assist leadership in ensuring compliance and clarity in program offerings

**Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)**
- **Active BCBA certification** (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Eligible to practice in Ontario / Canada
- Experience working with children (e.g., ASD, ADHD, behavioural or learning needs)
- Experience supervising behaviour support staff (RBTs, Behaviour Assistants, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of ethical and professional standards in behaviour analysis

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in educational or school-adjacent settings
- Experience collaborating with teachers, SLPs, or multidisciplinary teams
- Experience designing new programs or supervising small teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills

**Work Arrangement & Compensation**
- **Part-time / contract role** (hours flexible based on caseload and program phase)
- Hybrid model: in-person supervision (GTA) + remote planning/reporting
