Serving Hands Senior Care is a family-run, community-based home care agency that has proudly served Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County since 2016. We help seniors remain in the comfort of their own homes with dignity, safety, and personalized care.

We are currently hiring a **Health Care Aide (HCA)** to support a lovely long-term client. This position includes **evening and weekend shifts, including an overnight shifts.** If you are dependable, compassionate, and confident in personal care, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- **Meal preparation**, light housekeeping, laundry
- Support mobility needs and transfer assistance
- Provide **overnight supervision and safety monitoring**:

- Administer or remind clients about medications as per care plan
- Monitor and document any changes in health or behaviour
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, client-centred care

**Essential Requirements**:

- Currently registered with the Alberta HCA Directory
- Health Care Aide Certificate (or equivalent from an accredited program)
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Fluent English with clear verbal communication
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
- Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility support
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Positive, dependable, and caring attitude
- Comfortable with overnight responsibilities

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Experience Preferred**:

- 1+ year in Health Care or Personal Support work
- 1+ year in Home Care or Community Care settings
