**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, student records, and classroom materials effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus; ability to communicate in multiple languages enhances classroom dynamics (French language skills are particularly valued).
- Competence in computer operation for maintaining records and communicating with parents or guardians.
- Leadership qualities to inspire children and guide them through their learning journey.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
