**Job Overview**

The Production Compliance Support role is responsible for ensuring that all products produced meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining documentation, food safety, quality assurance, and ensuring that the production operations run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute the pre-operational inspection on the production lines and advise if something is not compliant.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
- Maintain and update all production documentation, including batch records, quality Assist in development and implementation of the new documentation procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data and documentation to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement. Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards and communicate these changes to the production team.
- Contribute to continues improvement project aimed at enhancing documentation practices and overall production efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to plant safety and hygiene standards.
- Support in documentation and reporting non-conformities and deviations, and work with production teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality departments

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in production roles within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in frozen food production.
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or equivalence in related field.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- English and French required to serve our internal and external customers. Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work is performed in a production environment with exposure to various temperature conditions and able to handle loads from 20lb to 40lb(10-20kg).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
