**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support in Account Payable/Accounts Receivable related function, including but not limited to assistance in data processing, verifications and approval management from the appropriate departmental managers, and related AP/AR administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the Director of Finance and Controller as needed for special projects, budget reports, cost reports, and financial statements where required.
- Assist the Director of Finance in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Provide regular reporting to the Director of Finance and ad-hoc reports where necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the organization.
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.

**Experience**
- Grade 12 or equivalent required.
- College diploma in Finance or Accounting or BA in Finance or Accounting considered an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience and knowledge of programs are considered an asset.
- Trinity specific on-the-job training may be provided.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting programs required.
- Ability to identify and contribute towards business improvements and efficiencies required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
