L’Académie Solomon Schechter, située à Montréal, est à la recherche d’un(e) aide-enseignant(e) à la maternelle à plein temps, pour 31 à 34 heures par semaine. Il s'agit d'un remplacement à temps plein à partir du 6 janvier 2025.

**Compétences**:

- Assistance à l’enseignant pour les routines quotidiennes et les horaires
- Aider à la gestion de la classe lorsque l'enseignant donne des instructions ou en cas de conflit
- Habileté à résoudre les conflits et aptitude pour parler aux enfants sur un ton aimable
- Énergie et enthousiasme pour travailler auprès de jeunes enfants
- Aptitude à suivre les directives de l’enseignant pour aider à mettre en œuvre une activité
- Habileté à prendre l’initiative une fois que les routines sont connues

**Qualifications et formation exigées**:

- Maîtrise de la langue française
- Expérience avec les enfants de 4 à 8 ans

Solomon Schechter Academy, located in Montreal, is seeking a full time kindergarten teacher’s assistant for 31-34 hours a week. This is a full time job starting on January 6, 2025.

**Competencies**:

- assisting the teacher with daily routines and schedules
- help with classroom management when the teacher is instructing the class or when conflict arises
- good at conflict resolutions and experienced at speaking to children in a kind tone
- work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals working with the children
- energetic and excited to work with young children
- able to take instructions from the teacher to help implement an activity
- being strong at taking initiative once routines are known

**Skills & Education Required**:

- French speaking
- Experience with young children 4-8 years old
