**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company, including tax compliance, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis for several companies within the group. The Controller will also be responsible for cash flow management, financial controls, and compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Additionally, the Controller will collaborate with other departments and provide financial guidance for business decisions.

This role will manage 5 direct reports and 35 indirect reports.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset
- CPA designation or equivalent qualification is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3years experience in a management or leadership role
- 7years experience in Canadian ASPE or US GAAP is required
- 2years Canadian or US corporate tax experience is required
