Responsibilities:
**Project management of Free Community Volunteer Income Tax Clinics (Dec-May)**
- Coordinating volunteer schedules
- Planning, outreaching, training and onboarding volunteers for tax clinics
- Implementing income tax clinics
- Client assessments
- Produce final report

**Transportation Program Support**
- Supporting dispatch and transportation program
- Answering phones, client inquiries

**Office Administration Support**
- Some clerical duties (file organizing, administration)

**Qualifications**:

- Experience managing projects and working with community members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work independently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

**Skills**:

- Educate: Provide information and education to individuals about how to file basic taxes
- Outreach: Promote services or programs to the community through various marketing strategies.
- Volunteer coordination: Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to volunteers
- Data Collection: Collect and maintain accurate records of client information, tax filings, progress reports, or other relevant data.
- Leadership: Take initiative in decision-making, problem-solving, and coordinating activities
- Administrative: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining files, or preparing reports.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects or initiatives r
