We are currently hiring for a Credit Administrator. If you’re highly motivated and are ready for an exciting career that will shape the future of the foodservice industry, we want to hear from you.

**Position Summary**:

- The Credit Administrator is responsible for providing financial and administrative services to ensure effective, efficient management of the Accounts Receivables (A/R) Asset. This position will support a strong commitment to cultivating and maintaining excellent partnerships with a diverse team of people, and will deliver service excellence to our customers while minimizing risk to Flanagan Foodservice.

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
**Work Location**: 100 Sasaga Drive, Kitchener

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effective cycle management of a designated Accounts Receivable portfolio.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and maintenance of customer account profiles.
- Achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and cash collection targets.
- Process accurate and timely posting of customer payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Effective credit adjudication to support minimizing losses while retaining customer loyalty.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong collections experience for B2B and consumer based-relationships.
- Good decision making skills and understanding of negotiation methods to mitigate loss.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve issues with diplomacy.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills to support multi-tasking.
- Strong team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills**:

- Ability to manage high-stress tasks with professionalism and remain calm.
- Effective communication with Sales and Clients/Customers for the purpose of collecting amounts owing.
- Fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and complete work with efficiency and accuracy.
