**Overview**
I need concrete resurfacing experts.

**Duties**
- Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
- Assist in the installation of forms for concrete structures.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks to achieve a smooth surface.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for moving materials and equipment.
- Read blueprints to understand project specifications and layouts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Support masonry work as needed for restoration or renovation projects.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with concrete finishing techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and masonry work is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
