The main purpose of the **Warehouse Clerk** is to perform shipping, receiving, and general warehousing tasks.

**Schedule**: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm ; Friday 8am-3:45pm
**Salary**: $18/hour

**Responsabilities & duties**:
Shipping
- Accurately pick products according to picking list
- Inspect and verify accuracy of all orders before packing into boxes
- Securely pack products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Verify shipment information when booking orders into shipping systems
- Stack and palletize completed orders

Receiving
- Verify intracompany transfers received from other MEDISCA locations according to picking lists and SOPs
- Put away and organize materials after receipt/verification into bins, shelves, racks according to SOPs

Inventory Control
- Perform daily cycle counts of inventory according to SOPs
- Upkeep and maintain inventory shelves and racks in a clean, organized and efficient manner

General house-keeping and cleaning

Abide all company rules and policies

Other tasks that may be called upon

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is considered an asset
- Must show sufficient dexterity for the handling of small, fragile items
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to repeatedly bend up and down, and sustain repeated walking around the warehouse throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English (oral & written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is considered an asset
