**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and health goals.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles and follow safety protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and complementary therapies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and progress updates.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in acupuncture and holistic health.

**Skills**
- Strong background in patient care with a focus on holistic health practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to acupuncture and general healthcare.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and treatment schedules.
