**Overview**

**Duties**
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and provide recommendations for cake designs.
- Ensure all food safety and handling procedures are followed during cake preparation and decoration.
- Prepare cake batter, fillings, and icings as required for decorating.
- Package finished cakes securely for delivery or pickup while maintaining presentation quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including tools and equipment used for cake decorating.
- Assist with inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cake decorating or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail in design and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
