**We are seeking Sales Associates to join our growing team. This is a Full-Time position that will require you to be available to work Monday

**NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**

A Typical Day

You will attend regular Sales/Training workshops as well as weekly Development Meetings to evaluate the strength of the team. Train members of the team to generate sales and leads, and to build success with customers. In this role, you will also help customers to connect with products and services and connect with people from all walks of life, as the driving force of professionalism in the office and field creating unity amongst the team

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be able to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets.
- Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.
- Work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their in office/field needs
- Train members of staff on Company policy and sales systems.
- Speaking with customers and connecting them with client products and services.
- Work local trade shows team when needed.
- Handle general office duties.
- Be energetic and outgoing.
- Be a people person and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Have prior inside sales experience.
- Be experienced in MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Have excellent communication and business writing skills.
- Have strong delegation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be responsible and reliable.
- Have effective decision-making abilities.
- Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We are a customer care company looking for a customer service officer to join our team. This role would
be suitable for someone who has previously worked in a team environment. NO EXPERIENCED
REQUIRED

As the customer service representative, you will:
Meet and greet clients and customers
Manage customer order entries
Manage and update client accounts
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Update client databases
Perform general paperwork entry
Support other departments

Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable manner
At least two years of experience in a customer service position
Extensive experience using MS office software
Experience using database management systems
