We also produce awarding winning craft beer & cider under our Thornbury Craft Co. brand. We proudly produce Thornbury Premium Apple Cider, a top selling craft cider at the LCBO. We also produce several other ciders that are widely available in the LCBO and Grocery channel, such as Thornbury Cranberry Apple Cider, Thornbury Honeycrisp Apple Cider, and Thornbury Wild Blueberry Elderflower Apple Cider. We offer additional ciders at our on-site Retail Store and Tap Room in Thornbury Ontario. We pride ourselves on using only top-quality ingredients and 100% fresh-pressed Ontario apples.

Our brewery in Thornbury produces a wide selection of beers made in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Our Thornbury Pilsner has twice been awarded the World’s Best Lager Czech-Style Pale at the World Beer Awards. Our portfolio of craft beers can be found at the LCBO, in the Grocery channel and in bars and restaurants across Ontario.

In addition, we represent a range of international brands such as Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, Frisky Zebra from South Africa and a number of other international beverage alcohol suppliers.

**The typical daily responsibilities include**:

- Starting up / shutting down of packaging line.
- Produce required beer, wine and cider packaging requirements as per the production plan
- Ensure all liquid and packaging QC checks are completed and documented
- Ensure all cider making and packaging equipment is kept clean and properly maintained
- All packaging material is organized and loaded as per procedures
- Ensure inventory accuracy of finish goods and packaging materials
- Safe operation of filling/seaming/crowning equipment to ensure correct fill levels.
- Performing quality assurance checks on finished packaged goods.
- Assisting in preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
- Loading and palletizing cases.
- Responsible for ensuring all company policies, procedures, and applicable industry policies and regulations are followed

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in production
- Use of forklift would be an asset.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
