**Installation Technician**

What you’ll do:
- work internally with Project Management, Engineering and Programming team members, and externally with clients and contractors
- onsite installation of all components necessary to successfully complete a project
- assist the Programming team with system testing
- update and maintain field drawings with onsite changes for transition to as-built drawings
- in-shop pre-assembly of racks, panels, cable harnesses, etc. prior to project delivery
- occasional pickups and transporting of project-related equipment/materials from suppliers and deliveries to jobsites
What you bring:
- experience in professional AV systems installations, troubleshooting, and networking
- strong mechanical, cable termination, and cable dressing skills
- the ability to read and interpret technical and assembly drawings
- operational understanding of various audio, video, control, and lighting systems; and the ability to program and configure these systems is an asset
- thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite including Teams conferencing
- a valid driver’s license, a clean abstract and the means by which to get you and your tools to various jobsites and our office
- the ability to pass police and/or government security screenings as required
- all the soft skills that one would expect to need for such a role - including oral and written communication, professional client-facing interaction, time management, and attention to detail
- bonus points for Working at Heights and MEWP certifications
