Established in 2011, Physiohealth Studios is a multi-disciplinary clinic located downtown Toronto at Yonge and King. We are looking for a highly skilled TCM acupuncturist to join our team. Our current acupuncturist is retiring at the end of this year so we need to find someone who would be a great fit for the clinic to take over her existing caseload.

You will be working alongside other physios, chiros, RMTs, athletic therapists, personal trainers, stretch therapists, a naturopath, osteopath, and more You must be able to work well within a team - we are an interdisciplinary clinic - not just multi-disciplinary Collaboration with the team is highly encouraged in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Our clients are mostly young professionals and office workers. Mostly private insurance/EHC.

As an acupuncturist, you will see need to treat many different conditions, including but not limited to:

- pain
- low energy
- insomnia
- digestive issues
- ferility
- sleep
- anxiety, depression, mood issues
- nerve pain
- ED and other issues

Our current acupuncurist uses a variety of different techniques, including:

- TCM acupuncture
- guasha
- FSN needle technique
- cupping

Tuina and shiatsu are also an asset if you are able to provide these services.

The working environment is casual and relaxed, but professional at the same time.

Must have availability until 7pm on weekdays. We are looking for a commitment of approx 20hrs per week, and 2 shifts per week. Currently her hours are Mon/Thurs from 10-7.

Must be registered with the CTCMPAO.

Compensation is 60/40 split.

Start date is flexible, but ideally late Nov/early Dec. Starting sooner for new patients would also be possible.

Pay: $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
