Carpenter/labourer

**First Line Framing is Hiring**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures
- General contractiing work including tiling, trimming, painting, drywall patching, siding, framing, soffit and fascia
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Perform caulking, tile laying, and assembly tasks as needed for various projects.
- Assist in the restoration of existing structures while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with other trades such as electrical workers to complete projects efficiently.
- Conduct construction estimating for materials needed on upcoming jobs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in carpentry or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction methods and materials is essential.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with electrical work is a plus but not required.
- Tiling experience is considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
