**This position reports to**:
Sales Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for: - Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of goods, including documentation and inspection. - Inventory Management: Perform cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and accurate inventory counts. - Order Fulfillment: Pull stock to fill customer orders and prepare shipments using ERP and transportation software. - Data Entry: Ensure accurate data entry and processing as per sales order requirements. - Housekeeping: Maintain general housekeeping for the shipping area and warehouse. - Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, and handle physical duties like palletizing products. - Communication and Teamwork: Communicate clearly, work well in a team, and be flexible to work overtime on short notice. - Dependability and Initiative: Be dependable, a self-starter, and willing to cross-train.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- High School Diploma or CAEC equivalent.
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
- Forklift license, Order picker and Reach truck license.
- Experience on counterbalance, order picker and reach trucks.
- Able to handle physical tasks; required Ability to Lift up to 50Lbs.
- Basic understanding and experience in working with hand tools.
- Mechanically skilled or inclined an asset.
- SAP experience an asset.
