**About Us**:
At Simplicity Car Care, we take pride in delivering exceptional auto body repair and detailing services. We’re a busy, professional shop that values quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a motivated **Auto Detailer & Shop Hand** to join our team and support daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
As an Auto Detailer:
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and conditioning.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery.
- Perform minor touch-ups, such as removing overspray or buffing scratches.
As a Shop Hand:
- Assist technicians with moving vehicles, tools, or equipment as needed.
- Organize and maintain tools, parts, and supplies.
- Keep work areas, including bays and the detailing station, clean and organized.
- Handle light maintenance tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, or restocking supplies.
- Support general shop operations to ensure efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous detailing or auto shop experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working with tools and cleaning products.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred.
