- Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, grooming, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio showcasing hair styling skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the salon environment
- Strong upselling abilities and experience in retail sales and as well as familiarity with upselling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

A valid barbering and/or cosmetology license is required for this position.
