**SUB-CONTRACTORS - FULL TIME OR PART TIME**

**POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1**

**Key responsibilities**
- Assess patient, document all findings and propose treatment plans
- Document and maintain detailed patient records related to provided treatments & services
- Create, instruct and communicate plan of care to patient with excellent communicative skills
- With patient’s consent and respect for privacy, collaborate with other practitioners within the wellness centre, as needed, to optimise a holistic approach to the patient’s treatment plan
- Discuss with patients on their health and wellness goals and suggest home care treatments with in scope of practice
- Engage in continuous learning and skills development
- Understand and adhere to Natural Sole Wellness Centre’s general operating procedures, policies and code of ethics

**Qualifications & skills**
- Registered with governing body
- Must have own Professional liability Protection insurance
