We are looking for a **Data Analyst** with 2+ years of experience to join our team. Working alongside Miyoko, Self-Serve Product Owner, in our Self-Serve team, you will be participating in the effort to improve the customer experience on our Self-Serve platform. Customers can submit a host of requests via our Self-Serve platform, including modifying or canceling their itinerary, each of which generates a significant amount of data. Your role will be to make our data comprehensible and actionable for our teams and internal stakeholders. By producing and maintaining reports, as well as dashboards, you will build a narrative that will provide actionable insights and recommendations. You will be tasked with gathering, cleaning and processing data in order to remove any technical roadblocks granting our various teams easy access to visualization tools, thus allowing them to make major (and minor) business decisions. Having access to an immense amount of data means your days will be filled with exciting and engaging projects, allowing you to further your skills and work with cutting edge technologies
Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

- Analytics and working with statistics;
- Programming/scripting Python;
- Working with cloud computing-based data warehouse such as Snowflake, and databases such as MySQL, Clickhouse;
- Auditing data for accuracy and quality;
- Identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality;
- Analyzing and interpreting trends;
- Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, and Data teams to assist with data acquisition, data-related technical issues and other analytics needs;
- Being curious, autonomous, comfortable with complex technology ecosystems;
- Caring about customers and their experience on our Self-Serve platform;
- Working in a fast-paced and technological environment, with strong communication skills, both in English and French.

Nous recherchons un analyste de données avec 2+ ans d'expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe. Aux côtés de Miyoko, responsable de produit libre-service, dans notre équipe libre-service, vous participerez à l'effort d'amélioration de l'expérience client sur notre plateforme libre-service. Les clients peuvent soumettre une multitude de demandes via notre plateforme Libre-Service, y compris la modification ou l'annulation de leur itinéraire, chacune d'entre elles générant une quantité importante de données. Votre rôle consistera à rendre nos données compréhensibles et exploitables pour nos équipes et nos parties prenantes internes. En produisant et en maintenant des rapports, ainsi que des tableaux de bord, vous construirez un récit qui fournira des informations et des recommandations exploitables. Vous serez chargé(e) de collecter, nettoyer et traiter les données afin de lever tout obstacle technique et de permettre à nos différentes équipes d'accéder facilement aux outils de visualisation, leur permettant ainsi de prendre des décisions commerciales majeures (et mineures). L'accès à une immense quantité de données signifie que vos journées seront remplies de projets passionnants et intéressants, ce qui vous permettra d'améliorer vos compétences et de travailler avec des technologies de pointe
