- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Assist clients with body waxing services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments and services provided.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Proven customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience in upselling services and retail sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with body waxing techniques is desirable but not mandatory.
