We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and highly self-motivated individual to join our team WPM is searching for a full time experienced Sales Executive.

Customer service is our main priority, so remaining professional always is essential. You also need to be detail-oriented and have a passion for being in sales.

Westlock Powersports & Marine is an authorized BRP dealer (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am) as well as a retailer for Tracker Off Road Side-By-Sides. We Also carry White River Marine Group boats and specialize in aluminum fishing boats, pontoons, and fibreglass sport fishing boats. We have a LOT of fun here at WPM and love all things in the mud, snow, or on the water. We carry lots of retail parts, apparel, and accessories and have a full-service service department as well.

We are located at 10331 105th Street in Westlock, AB in association with Precision Design and Manufacturing but will be moving to the north end of Westlock this summer.

Position has a multiple salary options.

Duties Include:

- Recommending different types of boats to customers based on their needs and specifications
- Explaining construction and performance of unit and differences between various types of marine equipment
- Advising customers on selection of new equipment and problems pertaining to repairs
- Arranging and overseeing delivery, registration, and inspection of boats
- Selling powersports & marine equipment
- Completing any and all paperwork and pertaining to the sales of products including financing
- Complete daily tasks set in our customer management system
- Showing product in the showroom and at off-site displays or shows
- Introducing customers to dealership team to emphasize the quality and efficiency of dealership’s service operations
- Having full knowledge of our product line, features, and accessories available for purchase
- Have demonstrated great customer follow up and prospecting
- Be a results-driven self-starter
- Be outgoing
- Have excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Be familiar with quoting and manufacturing processes
- Complete all documentation in a timely fashion
- Be a team player who works well with others and will assist as needed
- Share the passion of our customers and work diligently to surpass their expectations
- Be accountable for achieving sales margin targets
- Assist with the company’s overall marketing efforts and new product development
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and their own vehicle
