**Position Summary**

The Bus Driver for our Afterschool Care Programs is responsible for the safe driving of our 24-passenger bus around various pick-up locations in the Greater Victoria and South Vancouver Island area and bringing them on-site to our BGC Metchosin Club location for our Afterschool programs. The Bus Driver is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the children whilst travelling on the vehicle, and responsible for the care of the vehicle during the trips as well as the pre/post trip checks. There is the possibility of additional hours as a Program Leader or Support Worker as part of this role. **This position requires a Class 4 drivers licence** and a clean driving abstract.

**Desired Qualifications**
- CLASS 4* drivers’ licence is required.
- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
- Standard First Aid and CPR C is required.
- Skills, knowledge, and experience driving busses.
- A clear criminal record check
- Clean driving record
- Experience working with children is an asset
