**Bakery Associate Team Lead**

Do you have a flair for baking and a knack for leading a team to pastry perfection? Look no further We're on the hunt for a Bakery Associate Team Leader who can rise to the occasion and become our Head Pastry Guru.

In this role, you'll assist the Team Leader in providing overall leadership to our Bakery/Coffee Bar team. From championing our principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love to managing daily operations, you'll have a dough-licious time overseeing profitability, customer service, expense control, and more.

As the Head Pastry Guru, you'll be responsible for developing and mentoring a talented group of bakers, supervisors, and team members. You'll collaborate with the Bakery Team Leader to create production schedules and ensure our bakery is always stocked with mouthwatering treats.

But it's not just about the baking You'll also need to excel in customer service, addressing any questions, requests, or concerns with a sprinkle of sweetness. And of course, fostering an environment of outstanding teamwork and exceptional morale will be the icing on the cake.

Your skills should be as impressive as your perfectly glazed pastries. You'll need advanced knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management. Pro-Serve certification is a must, along with proficiency in regulatory and safety policies and procedures. And don't forget your ability to lead, prioritize, and delegate tasks while keeping a cool head in the heat of the kitchen.

To rise to the top of our list, you should have at least 24 months of bakery kitchen experience, where you've honed your skills in making sourdough breads, viennoiserie, and patisserie products. And with 12+ months of retail experience, including team leadership, you'll be ready to take the bakery world by storm.
