- Extend a warm welcome to the guests.
- Set up and maintain breakfast buffet as required by brand standards
- Display and replenish dishes, utensils, cups, trays, and hot and cold food items
- Brew coffee and efficiently replenish breakfast food items
- Prepare fresh fruit, display bread, and pastries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment
- Remove dishes, clear tables, and empty garbage
- Check the cleaning frequency chart and ensure the required tasks are completed
- Monitor inventory levels of all food, beverages, and supplies and assist with ordering stock
- Ensure breakfast storage and preparation areas are clean and organized
- Report malfunctioning equipment, furniture in disrepair, and other related deficiencies using the work order process to ensure they are rectified promptly
- Adhere to company, legislation, brand, and industry standards, policies, and procedures
- Support company, brand, and industry environmental initiatives, and programs through the use of environmentally friendly, sustainable products and best practices
