ABB Smart Buildings (ELSB) digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - ehancing quality of life in the the buildings of the future, through sustainable electrification solutions, services and products. We are currently looking for a dynamic and challenging individual to fill a position as Human Resources Advisor at our Dorval plant, which specializes in emergency lighting.

**Your responsibilities**:

- The incumbent assumes responsibilities related to human resources management, such as the complete staffing process, skills development and the administration of the various programs and policies in effect. The incumbent ensures the follow-up and control of files related to personnel and compensation administration.
- Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills, the incumbent ensures quality service to employees.
- The incumbent plays an advisory role for operations personnel by accompanying them in their team management activities.
- Be consistent with ABB's core values of safety and integrity, i.e. take responsibility for your own actions, while taking care of your colleagues and the company.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or equivalent.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office environment, Windows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Results and customer service oriented.
- Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to human resources management and occupational health and safety.
- Member of the Order (CIRC, CHRP), an asset.
