**Work location**:
100% work from home, _if you live more than 115km away from one of our call centers (Montréal, Anjou, Québec et Ottawa)_
**Your schedule**:
Evening schedule, Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Saturday in rotation out of 4.
- As a bonus, all your shifts will be enhanced by a 6% evening bonus and we guarantee you a daytime schedule after 12 months on the job_

**What you bring to the table**:
- You are bilingual (French & English) or unilingual French
- You are a natural communicator and know how to listen and empathize with people
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
- You can multi-task and stay cool under pressure
- You have a high school diploma + three years of full-time customer service experience in Canada; OR
- You have a university degree or college diploma; OR
- You have your AEC in P&C insurance; OR
- You have experience and/or education outlined above, but it was obtained outside of Canada. In this case, you will need to complete an equivalency evaluation from MIFI
