Massilly North America Inc. is a member of the Massilly Group founded in France over 100 years ago. We are a leading supplier of metal twist caps and capping machinery for the essential food and beverage industry. Our manufacturing facility is located in Brantford, Ontario.

Working as a member of the Quality team, and reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the Quality Assurance Technician is accountable for maintaining various aspects of the Management System policies, procedures, and providing Technical Support to Operations.

**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test, measure, and analyze product samples
- Collect data and measure parts as part of continuous improvement initiatives
- Administer SPC Software, user access, specifications, and Operator training
- Provide technical support and training to other departments
- Maintain and ensure compliance with the Calibration Program
- Report Food Safety and Quality problems; initiate appropriate action
- Verify Quality Inspection Records and Data
- Participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Food Safety Audit programs

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing environment
- Formal Quality training/education
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
