We are looking for a highly motivated, top-performing, and stylish Sales Associate to join our tight-knit team. If you’re passionate about fashion, thrive in a dynamic retail environment, and love building relationships with customers, we’d love to hear from you.
**What We’re Looking For**
- A top seller with exceptional customer service skills
- A strong work ethic to set the standard, lead by example, and be a true team player
- Excellent knowledge of the contemporary fashion market and trends
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering an elevated shopping experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- A problem solver who can work well under pressure and troubleshoot effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and the internal team
- A self-motivated and resourceful approach to driving sales and managing store operations
**Experience & Skills**
- 3+ years of fashion retail experience
- 18+ months of fashion retail management experience preferred
- Experience with Shopify is an asset
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales and maintain strong client relationships while fostering new ones
- Uphold the 18 Waits brand ethos and high standards in customer service and store presentation
- Execute opening and closing procedures with accuracy
- Maintain inventory reconciliation and ensure product availability
- Communicate sales reports and insights with the team
- Oversee store maintenance and weekly cleaning duties to uphold a premium shopping environment
- Process and manage web orders and shipping preparation
- Identify store needs and communicate them to the team
- Open availability required, including weekends
