Project Cordinator

**Reporting to**: Director of Sales Operations

**Role Definition**:
**Responsibilities**
- Build and coordinate execution of customer quotes between various departments
- Responsible for planning, production and delivery of products to meet the ongoing requirements of customers
- Ensure Production activities adhere to master schedule
- Collaborate with several departments to ensure complete follow-up on proposals, program deliverables and issue resolutions, while ensuring that the information is accurately transmitted to the customer
- Work with customer forecasts and Promark planning and procurement team to ensure materials are received on time
- Monitor and expedite customer orders; liaise on a regular basis with several departments to ensure smooth order flow and on time delivery
- Update ERP system
- Support outside sales reps and agents
- Perform others tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in Project Management or similar position
- Experience with cable harnesses and electrical/electronic control panels an asset
- Bilingual (English & French) with excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, creativity and ability to engage various teams
- Dynamic, driven and wiling to learn with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Capacity to manage priorities in a context of multiple and complex project deliveries
- Strong computer literacy

**Working Schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:00am to 2:15pm.**
