**Join the Monarch Dentistry Team**
**Position**: Certified Level II Dental Assistant + National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB)
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disinfecting operatories and sterilizing instruments.
- Update and maintain patient dental records accurately.
- Support dentists and staff as required, including providing backup for the receptionist when necessary.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred (1 to 2 years preferred).
- Successful completion of a Dental Assisting Certificate (required).
- Level II and HARP certification (required).
- Valid CPR certification (required).
- Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend shifts based on business needs.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Punctual and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to a variety of patients.
- Experience with dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset.
