MLSE LaunchPad is a 42,000 sq. ft. Sport For Development facility where youth facing barriers use sport to recognize and reach their potential. Supported by MLSE’s professional sports teams

- Supporting with the set-up and execution of in-person MLSE LaunchPad Sport For Development programs
- Assisting with the design, implementation, and evaluation of a sport program schedule for program participants that includes age-appropriate activities and all elements of MLSE LaunchPad core programming standards. Instruct sport programs based on the specific sport and life skills objectives of MLSE LaunchPad programs.

**Qualifications**:
- You have a desire to better our community and city by working with young people
- We actually believe that sport can change the world and want the people that we work with to share that same conviction.
- You are excited to interact with diverse communities and community organizations
- Special events, special guests, partner programs, parents, neighbours - everyone is welcome here at LP and we need staff who make them FEEL like they are welcome. If you have high energy and can keep track of multiple priorities at the same time, this could be the role for you.
- You have familiarity delivering youth sport programming
- Background and knowledge in children and youth sport, recreation, and/or physical activity programs is considered an asset. HIGH FIVE training, NCCP Certifications, Mental Health First Aid, sport specific coaching certifications and experience - we're here for all of those
- You have or are willing to get Standard First Aid and CPR certifications and a clear Vulnerable Sector background check
- You are available to work flexible hours.
