**Overview**:
Shift Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 2-10pm

Friday: 2-11pm

Weekends: Full Days starting at 7am

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Promote and sell products or services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or cashiering roles
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
