Line Cook

We are seeking a part time cook to join our dedicated staff You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen and serving customers in the dining room. The shifts would be Monday and Tuesday each week from 2pm to 10 pm. (Possibly more shifts if availability is there) Your own transportation is needed, no bus service to the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all served food
- serve all prepared food
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- knowledge of serving
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in teams
- Experience is helpful

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
