This term clinician assignment will commence February 3, 2025 until February 28, 2025 or one day prior to the return of the
clinician being replaced, whichever occurs first. This term may be extended. Consideration may be given to split this position.

The School Psychologist position is under the Teachers’ Collective Agreement and will follow the school calendar.

With the leadership and supervision of the Director of School and Classroom Supports and the Clinical Supervisor of Well
- becoming/Psychology, the School Psychologist will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary School and Classroom Support
Team of Louis Riel School Division. The Psychologist will work collaboratively with school and program-based teams and
external partners to support and promote student learning and wellbeing, The School Psychologist will provide services
including assessments, programming and therapeutic interventions, and consultative services within the primary, secondary
and tertiary levels of intervention service delivery model in the Louis Riel School Division.

**REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a minimum of a Masters degree in a school psychology program or a clinical psychology program
- Must be eligible for or in possession of a Manitoba School Clinician (School Psychologist) Certificate
- Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
- Excellent technology skills in order to complete all on-line recording and reporting requirements
- Effective critical incident response skills
- Valid drivers’ license and access to a reliable vehicle required
