**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an Upper Technician, you're the face of our shop — the person our customers trust with their vehicles. This is a perfect role if you like working with your hands, staying active and connecting with people.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and guide them through their service options
- Perform oil changes and fluid top-ups (transmission, coolant, wipers, etc.)
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Use tools and digital systems to recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Install wiper blades, filters, lights, batteries and more
- Maintain communication with Lower Technicians
- Keep your bay clean, organized and safe
- Recommend additional services or replacements in an informative way
- Follow health and safety protocols to keep yourself and your teammates safe

Focusing on the customer You will create a great customer experience from the time they roll on to our lot, to discussing our products and services, to completing all services within the sale. You will be fully trained by way of our Customer first, Mr. Lube comprehensive training program.

Wage for this position depends based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
