Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to transport and deliver materials to designated locations. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial in this role.

**Job Duties**:

- Preparing and inspecting the truck and its equipment before and after each trip to ensure safe operation.
- Loading and unloading roll-off containers onto the truck bed using a hook-and-hoist system.
- Transporting materials to designated locations, following a set route or according to specific customer requests.
- Maneuvering the truck through tight spaces, including construction sites, residential neighborhoods, and industrial areas.
- Communicating with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers using two-way radios or mobile devices.
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and truck maintenance activities.
- Adhering to all safety regulations, including DOT regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized truck, inside and out.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, changing oil and filters, and performing minor repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns from customers and the public.

**Requirements**:

- Clean CVOR/Abstract
- Valid DZ/AZ License
- 1 year of Roll-off experience required
- Experience driving manual transmission
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Must have steel-toed work boots above the ankle

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or freight trucks
- Ability to safely maneuver large vehicles in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
