We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. **Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices at all times.
- Support cooks in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and meal preparation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
