**Responsibilities**
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including general labor, carpentry, taping and painting
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a General Maintenence Worker or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and repair work.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
