My client are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join them on a project in the Aero Space industry. **Immediate interviews** They require someone with strong leadership skills as well as customer facing experience to support the customer and users. This is a full time position which will require initially 100% onsite presence to build a realtionship with the customer. Remote work may be possible further down the line once a relationship is established. All expenses will be covered for this. **Required Skills/Experience**:

- **Strong Expertise in FI**:

- Deep knowledge of SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Accounting and integration with other modules.
- **Strong Expertise in CO**:

- Comprehensive experience in **Product Costing** and **Margin Analysis**, with a focus on manufacturing and aerospace industries.
- Knowledge of **Cost Center Accounting**, **Integration with PS**, **Activity-Based Costing**, and profitability analysis.
- **Knowledge of Revenue Recognition (RevRec)**:

- Familiarity with **Result Analysis** and **Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR)** processes from a functional/business perspective. (Joseph could cover the technical SAP knowledge)
- **Strong Project Leadership Skills**:

- Proven ability to lead projects from **Prepare Phase to Go-Live**, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Skilled in **Solution Design**, including blueprinting, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
- **Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology**:

- Strong understanding of **SAP Activate** phases, deliverables, and tools, ensuring effective project execution and agile collaboration.
- **Team Coordination and Leadership**:

- Experienced in managing and coordinating a team of **3 FICO Consultants**, driving productivity and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Ability to drive team members and resolve conflicts.
- **Collaboration with PMO Team**:

- Skilled in working closely with the **PMO Team** on estimates, timeline planning, and backlog management
