**Co Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working with co Front of House Manager to achieve the highest level of customer service
- Managing Front of House Staff and overseeing day to day operations
- Bartending, serving, assisting/mingling with customers
- Hiring, train and supervise staff
- Create consistent, positive customer experiences
- Opening and closing of the Taproom are done accurately and proficiently
- Address inquiries, conflicts, complaints and feedback from customers and staff members
- Ensuring cleaning duties are regularily being completed and properly
- Assisting with events ideas to draw in customers, working events
- Quarterly staff reviews

**Sole Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to;**
- Maintain stock levels in Front of House including merchandise for retail sale, beverages, snacks, supplies etc... assisting in ordering supplies/merchandise when necessary
- Scheduling Front of House staff including Support staff
- Food and Beverage Menu management/quality control
- Systems management, POS management

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Interested in long term growth within the business
- Experience with management/leadership roles
- Serving it Right certification
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and computer programs
- Ability to work independently, as well as lead/manage, and motivate a team
- Being flexible, working days, weekends, evenings and holidays in Manager/Bartending roles, attending events etc
- Solid understanding of business management practices and strategies, assisting profitability of the Brewery
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic-Craft Beer knowledge is an asset

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
