**Job Description**:
Lead our Conversational Chatbot Marketing playbooks and programs to support on-going campaigns as well as always-on programs that support our wider digital channels
Compile regular reports and full-funnel performance analytics for all digital channel campaigns and programs (Leads, MQLs, Opps, Closed-Won) both direct and influenced.
**Qualifications**:
Level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in business administration; marketing and communications or related field.
4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, business environment (preferably in B2B Tech)
Hands-on and/or working knowledge of CRM (SFDC strongly preferred) and Marketing Automation Platforms and tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Outreach, Knak, Vidyard, Drift)
Demonstrated experience in building, cleaning and manipulating audience/segment data across platforms with strong data skills (excel, pivot tables etc.)
Strong understanding of lead management processes between Digital channels, MAPs and CRMs.
Ability to successfully navigate internal and external cross-functional relationships
Experience targeting technical B2B decision makers across large enterprise and strategic companies (bonus points for compliance/supply chain management roles)
Short-form copywriting skills and experience are considered an asset
