About Us
Kind Developments is a quality-focused real estate developer known for delivering high-standard homes and excellent customer care. As we move into the deficiency repair and post-closing service phase of our Gibsons project, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Site Services & Deficiency Repair Technician to assist with New Home Warranty (NHW) service and repairs on a casual/on-call basis.
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor NHW repairs and adjustments (e.g., paint touch-ups, door alignment, caulking, trim and cabinetry fixes, drywall patches).
- Provide on-site support during walkthroughs or service visits.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners during appointments.
- Coordinate and follow up on service items with trades and the project team.
- Maintain detailed records of completed repairs and update service logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety during in-home work.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in finishing carpentry, handyman work, or residential site supervision is required.
- Strong skills in performing minor repairs and finishing work to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and troubleshoot on-site issues.

- Available on a casual basis during August and September, with potential for additional service work after October.
**Hourly rate is negotiable**, depending on experience and skill set.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
