**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in selecting baby and children’s clothing, women's apparel, accessories, and gear.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation by organizing, folding, and restocking merchandise.
- Process sales transactions using our POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, including current promotions and new arrivals.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Passion for fashion and familiarity with baby and children’s products is a plus.
- Availability to work 2-3 weekends per month.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
