**Job Title**: Sales & Leasing Coordinator

**Location**: Sooke, BC

**Type**: Full-Time - 35 hours a week

**Salary**: $50,000 per year

**About the Role**

**Note that this is a new development, and the rental properties are currently under construction with Townhouse buildings being released for rent as they are built.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Support**
- Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, contract preparation, and documentation and showings.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and reports.
- Communicate with prospective buyers, providing information and scheduling appointments.
- Help coordinate marketing efforts, including sales events and promotional activities.
- Attend and contribute to regular marketing meetings.

**Leasing & Tenant Relations**
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available rental townhomes.
- Track and manage leads from the company website and external listings.
- Draft residential lease agreements and coordinate lease signings.
- Conduct pre-move-in inspections and ensure units are ready for new tenants.
- Oversee key release and move-in processes for new tenants.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and leasing/sales software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of BC tenancy laws and leasing procedures is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.

**Compensation**
- Annual salary of $50,000.
